Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I was aiming to abseil 120 feet down the YMCA building in Romford on Sunday 12th September and I did it!
The day was bright and sunny and I had my supporters there with me.  I thoroughly enjoyed the moment as you can see. I am delighted to have had the opportunity to raise money for 'APPLE' which is such a good cause.
It's not too late to sponsor me.

‘APPLE’ was set up in 2000 and is founded on three concepts; information, education and support. It is committed to raising public awareness about prostate cancer, thus encouraging men to seek advice early, as the condition is responsive to treatment if detected soon enough. Fundraising efforts have made it possible to purchase state of the art medical equipment for King George Hospital Urology Dept, as well as fund public information events, research projects and to provide training and registration for our support group volunteers.

Thanks to the treatment I myself received I have been in remission from prostate cancer for the last 8 years.

In England 35,000 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer every year, a third of whom die.

Men be aware, be very aware, WAGS too, if your man is over 40 years of age he is vulnerable.
