This will be my fifth charity cycling challenge and every year it seems to get tougher.There will be hills to climb and plenty of evening cold baths.This is a difficult challenge and my suffering will be made more tolerable if I know that I can have your support.

 The Benevolent does so much to help people old or young in the drinks industry who need help. They cannot survive without our support so please do something for me and make a donation.
