I am raising money for the seven hospices because it holds a special place in mine and my wife’s heart.

A very special person Helen a friend and neighbour and midwife Helen was a very dedicated to her work and family and friends Helen was diagnosed with cancer and was admitted to seven hospices and sadly passed away there.

The care was the best they even aloud her cat Dusty to visit

We have a combined total of 29 beds on our inpatient wards 21 in Shrewsbury 8 in Telford

Since opening in 1989 we have had 17.500 referrals to date

There is a hospice in Shrewsbury and Telford and a day centre in Powys Wales

August 7 run Tenbury wells 10k completed in 66mins

August 22rnd club 10k completed in 60mins

Now running 12miles getting ready for the lake Vyrnwy half marathon ( sep 11 come and support me your cheers would be appreciated.

Just completed the four villages half marathon in 2hrs very good time and training is going well. looking forward to the silverstone half and Market Drayton 10k hoping my good friend sarah poole will join me on one of my training races. thank you shropshire shufflers for all there coaching and tips. well MAY 27th arrived what a hot day 27c it was one of the hottest days but i did complete the course it was a hour longer than expected but the heat was my biggest problem well my time was 5.29 MINS many many thanks for all the sponsors so far many many thanks again.
