Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Myself and Geraint Roberts AKA G, will be attempting to cycle 100miles from Cardiff to Tenby on Saturday 10th of May.

I feel apprehensive at the challenge ahead, especially as the wind was so horrific last year some participants were turning back before half way, but I'm sure I'll be fine this year with G 'windshield' Roberts providing assistance- I'll be tucking in behind his wheel all the way.

I would appreciate if  you could donate; not only to help support the charity but help make every ounce of pain and drop of sweat worthwhile knowing the good cause it's going to.
