Thank you for visiting this Just Giving page for the 3 Peaks challenge in aid of the Marina Dalglish Appeal the team consists of 6 Employee's of Hotter Comfort Concept in skelmersdale have been set the challenge to walk up Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike & Snowdon which will have us travelling 42km total horizontal distance & 3000 vertical metres.

 

This challenge is going to be physically and mentally challenging over a 24 hour period and will require plenty of training with myself (Alan Treanor) have recently started a new diet and also training program (which consist of 2 gym sessions a day) so far i have lost 1.5 stone in only 5 weeks.
