I'm taking part once more in the annual Spinners Arms Sponsored Cycle Ride for Cancer Research. It'a a great event and so important in that it raises money for one of best of causes.

Your donation will mean a great deal me. I lost both my parents and a  sister in law to Cancer and too many other family members and friends have been affected by it too.

A year or two ago I also had a Prostate Cancer scare and that brought the whole thing frighteningly close. For me it proved nothing more than that, a scare. For so many others it becomes a reality every day of the week, please help.
