During 2013 I walked 1000 miles round the entire coast and border of Wales, more than two million steps ... so maybe you can give a little money to one of the charities I'm promoting.

Tenovus is a cancer charity based in Cardiff, which both produces world-leading research and provides practical cancer support throughout Wales.  My mum was a long term supporter of Tenovus, and died during an operation related to bowel cancer, so this is particularly close to my heart.
