Last year I was diagnosed with Follicular Lymphoma.  It was a tough year of chemo and coming to terms with my cancer.   Thankfully I am now in remission and getting on with life.  Clare, family and friends were a tremendous support.   A few recently took on their own fundraising events to raise money for Leukaemia and Lymphoma research, running on my behalf.  Now its time for me to start to pay it back and start to do my bit.

My good old friend Ewen is joining me because he's an awesome guy....and also probably needs the exercise much like myself!
