This will be my 4th Great North Run and it doesn't get any easier!  I managed to complete the 13.1 miles in 2 hours 9 minutes last year, and I am aiming to improve on this time this year.

As I work for RNIB I do appreciate how valuable their work is in enabling the blind and partially-sighted to enjoy the everyday opportunities that I can.
