...to make things more interesting this year, along with shaving half my head to represent the continuing deforestation of precious rainforest around the world I will be attempting to dribble a football the whole way round and just for some extra incentive I will be aiming to break the world record for that very feat which stands at 5h36m.

I'm running once more for the great www.rainforestconcern.org  ...who have projects all over the world working to save and protect ancient forests, their wildlife, and their indigenous people.
