Nowzad helps animals in need in Afghanistan to make a difference, one animal at a time
Pen Farthing is the founder of Nowzad and he sees amazing supporters doing fantastic things to riase money for the Nowzad charity. So, as the Trek's safety staff it is now our turn to personally challenge ourselves (the sunshine crew) to get out on the hill, have some fun and raise vital funds for Nowzad - basically we get to 'feed our rat' for the weekend....!
On Friday 2nd - we will start at the north ridge of Tryfan, jump across Adam & Eve, traverse the Glyder, descend to Pen Y Pass, and then tackle the Snowdon Horseshoe (Crib Coch first).
On Saturday 3rd September we will guide our marvelous Nowzad supporters to the top of Snowdon completing a west to east traverse.
And finally, after a few pints to recover, on Sunday 4th September we will Tab (which is a slightly quicker pace than a Yomp) Friday's route in reverse. Apparently Pen thinks this should be fun!
