27/04/10 Increased the distance yesterday to 6.75k and managed it in 52.37. Running again this evening and if there's anything left in the tank I have a route planned to take me up to just over 7.5k. Just need to get over that last hill back into Burgess Hill from Hassocks! Thanks for the donations so far!

 

22/04/10 Training has gone up a level today- 5.5k run in 43mins 45 seconds taking 3 and a half minutes off my  best time! Cricket tomorrow and Saturday, then another run on Sunday after the wedding fair at Alexander House.
