Y-Bont is a children's charity that cares for children with disabilities and conditions including autism, hearing and visual impairment, cystic fibrosis, cerebral palsy, life limiting conditions.

But the charity is at risk of closing down due to cuts in funding and they need to raise the hugely daunting sum of £50,000 to stay open.
