Along with other members of the St John Cymru Wales Operations Department and National Headquarters. Between the 23rd and 24th September 2017 I will be undertaking the Cymru 3 Peaks Challange - Snowdon, Cadair Idris and Pen Y Fan.

To help raise funds for St John Cymru Wales.

This trek is a personal challenge for me as the 24th September 2017 is the 1st anniversary of having my 3 stents fixed following my heart attack. At the time the Consultant gave me a 30 to 40% chance of making 3 to 4 weeks.

So, this challenge will mark the end of my first year of Cardio Rehab while helping to raise money that may equip a volunteer with with the skills and equipment to help people in need.
