This April myself and my loveable ginger friend Andy Morgan are running the London Marathon for the Oasis Trust. We ran a half marathon together a few months back and I remember saying how we couldn't imagine how awful it would be to do that course twice, but here we are, the months have past and the pain forgotten has lead to this Marathon entry!

Oasis is a Christian organisation doing great work in the UK with schools and the marginalised. They also have outreach programs throughout the third world, transforming the lives of AIDS orphans and homeless people to name but a few. For more information on the specific projects your money will go towards, ask me or visit www.oasisuk.org

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

As it's a charity place, Oasis have asked me to raise a minimum of £1,500 which is daunting! The difference this kind of money will make though is huge and it will be used wisely by Oasis so please give whatever you can!

Thanks guys, look out for us on tv, we'll be wearing bright orange!
