Most of you will know I'm no natural runner, far from it infact! Yet the opportunity to run the London marathon in memory of my dad, and to support the Lords Taverners, who really do such a great job using cricket as a medium to enhance the lives of disadvantaged and disabled youngsters, is one i could not pass up.

The target is to run my first marathon in under 4 hours, and i will hopefully be able to let you all know how the training is going, and when the day comes that I have achieved my goal.
