Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. As you will know, I am volunteering with Sparrow this summer as a teacher's assistant. The Sparrow Schools Foundation do truly excellent work, supporting young people in Johannesburg in most need of help. All of the children at Sparrow are, academically, at least three years behind their chronological age, and 60% are affected by the HIV/AIDS pandemic.
I believe passionately that everyone should have the chance in life to make the most of their talents - wherever they may lie. Sparrow is offering these young people the opportunity to do just that and to overcome the obstacles circumstance has placed in their paths. They really deserve our support.
