Story
On June 29th this year I've decided in a moment of weakness to take on what is considered one of Britain's toughest challenges by climbing 3 of the highest peaks in Scotland, England and finally Wales within 24 hours.
Beginning in Scotland with Ben Nevis (1,344m), travelling down to Scarfell Pike (978m) and finishing at Snowdon (1,085m), equating to 23 miles and an assent of 3064 meters, all in aid of Mind, a charity impacting millions of lives each year.
For those that are not aware, Mind provide advice and support to help empower anyone experience mental health problems including anxiety, depression or bipolar. They believe 'No one should have to face a mental health problem alone', which currently impacts one in four of us every year.
As someone who has 'never undertaken such a challenge before, has spent a large % of his life in lifts and on escalator's, I hope you will appreciate how wrong this could go and show your support of my efforts to achieve this.
Every penny will make a difference to someone's life.
