I have now lost my intended target of 8 stone or 112lbs or 51.7kg! 

Greetings ladies and gentlemen and thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Thanks also to all those generous people who have donated so far that have given me incentive to carry on.   

I decided to lose a lot of weight because I was becoming dangerously obese and heading for a heart attack or type two diabetes and probably an early death.  Boring!

I have NOW LOST the intended 8 stone in weight.... Under medical supervision.

I am no longer obese on the BMI scale! Also after blood test analysis my chance of developing coronary heart disease in the next 10 years has dropped to less than 5%! At my last trip to see my G.P. I was taken off of the high blood pressure tablets I have been taking for 10 years! 

I decided that the beneficiary for my efforts will be the Malawi Education Project. This is because my friend the lovely Lou Fitzpatrick helped set up the charity and I think what they do is excellent and can help people help themselves. Also in these recessionary hard financial times when we think issues like this are somehow not so important as domestic charities. I think it is good to think of others a lot worse off than our selves.

I have now surpassed my target of £1,000.00 but please feel free to contribute! I shall publish the thin bloke in fat bloke's pictures soon!
