Boring!</span></p>

Also after blood test analysis my chance of developing coronary heart disease in the next 10 years has dropped to less than 5%! At my last trip to see my G.P. I was taken off of the high blood pressure tablets I have been taking for 10 years! </span></p>

This is because my friend the lovely Lou Fitzpatrick helped set up the charity and I think what they do is excellent and can help people help themselves. Also in these recessionary hard financial times when we think issues like this are somehow not so important as domestic charities. I think it is good to think of others a lot worse off than our selves.</span></p>
