Sarah Groves's life was tragically cut short when she was brutally murdered in Kashmir, India, on 6th April 2013. She was almost 25 years old.

Although I only met Sarah a few times, it was clear what a beautiful person she was inside and out. Simply an inspirational person and an asset to those around her.

 

It is a privilidge to be taking part in this ride.

It will also be a personal challenge after a life changing accident some 4 years ago. 

 

Participants are going to put themselves through this incredible challenge in order to raise as much money as possible for The Sarah Groves Foundation. We are not an elite group of cyclists, far from it, but we are as a collective incredibly motivated and together will ride from Guernsey to Paris and back. We as a team are going to do something never attempted from these shores before, but we all have an incredible motivation to make this challenge become a reality and for ourselves to live a life less ordinary, just like Sarah.
