<p>I am running the Balmoral 5K on Sat 28th April for the registered charity and social enterprise Glencraft. Glencraft employ around 35 disadvantaged people who otherwise would struggle to find work. Their shop and factory on Wellington Road manufacture high quality beds and mattresses for all people, private individuals and trade sectors. They can even be found in Balmoral Castle!</p>
