Our fabulous member Baller has suggested holding our next in-house charity comp in support of this amazing charity! Over 450,000 elderly people spend Christmas alone last year - when I think of my own grandparents it brings it home how heartbreaking this statistic is!

Cyril Flint Befrienders is working to combat social isolation and loneliness in older residents in Trafford and South Manchester areas, by providing a free one to one befriending service. Loneliness can be as harful to our health as smoking 15 cigarettes a day. Our befriending is a welcome life-line to many older people who feel forgotton about by society. Our volunteers are all trained and DBS checked and are matched with an older person with shared hobbies and interests to encourage long lasting friendships. Thank you for your support!
