We thought it was about time we organised another in-house comp! This time it will be teams of 3, mixed sex. There will be three challenging WODs to complete, followed by BBQ and beers! 

We are fundraising for Diabetes UK in honor of our coach Rik, who despite having Diabetes himself trains like a true beast, constantly performing at the top of his game, hitting unreal PBs and inspiring us all.
