At least 21 people with epilepsy in the UK die each week. SUDEP Action, is the only UK charity dedicated to supporting those bereaved by epilepsy, raising awareness of epilepsy risks and tackling deaths in people with epilepsy, including Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP).

Story

I am raising money with LUUWHC again for Sudep  (Sudden Death by Eplipsy) action, which is a great charity that the club continues to support. 

In November, I will be part of a team who are swimming the distance of the channel! Donations are welcomed and will motivate us in the pool to keep swimming. Any support would be really amazing.
