As some of you know next year I will be cycling with Lawrence Dallaglio from Stade de France in Paris to Twickenham in support of the sport relief charity and the Dallaglio foundation. These support numerous good causes including Help for Hero's, DebRA and Cancer Research.

 

As I have had 8 knee operations and also put on a few pounds (Just a few mind) this will be no easy task so please give generously as it is all going to a great cause.
