Incidence rates for Prostate Cancer are projected to rise by 12% by 2035 and 1 in 8 men will be diagnosed with Prostate Cancer during their lifetime.

So this time Nick and I have agreed to cycle with my dad from London to Amsterdam on this 145-mile pilgrimage for Prostate Cancer over just 2 days! We will start on 1st June 2018, so we have plenty of time to encourage you to donate 😊😊😊

As many of you know I do like athletic challenges, however this is a huge test for my dad. It has been a struggle for him to get back to peak fitness since having his share of medical challenges. Recently he has agreed with friends to cycle for a great cause to Amsterdam and my family couldn’t be prouder. They even have a catchy group name- BAG (Besford Amateur Cycling Group).

He is already taking this event seriously with going to the pub less and getting decent mileage in (I know its shocking everyone!).
