Hi, 

I am going to abseil down 200 Aldersgate London which is 56m tall. Apparently this is quite high. I need to raise a minimum of £200 to be able to take part. 

Please can you sponsor me so that I can find out how high 56m is and show my kids that they should do as mummy says and not as she does! 

I'm doing this in memory of friends and family who have had cancer and for friends who are fighting it.
