I wanted to give myself a strong incentive to complete my first Triathlon this summer. Raising money for St Mungo's seemed like a good solution. They do invaluable work in helping homeless people back on their feet.

None of the money raised goes to the entry cost, it all goes directly to St Mungo's.

To earn your support I'll be doing a 1.5k open water swim, 40k on the bike and then a 10k run.
