We have been working together for nearly 5 years as business partners and decided to run together to raise money for a good cause.

We completed the Great Scottish Run (10K) on Sunday September 4th 2011.

After lots of training and fund raising the big day arrived. The sun shone and along with over 22,000 other participants we ran the course, including the unique run over the Kingston Bridge.

It was a great day all round and we finished the race together in just over 63 minutes.

We'd like to thank all who have supported us so far and remind anyone who is interested that donations can still be made.

We are raising money for Cancer Research UK as we have both lost close family members to this terrible disease. We want to help beat Cancer through research so more lives can be saved in the future
