In March we are running the Sussex Coastal Marathon, a 27.2 mile run along the beautiful Sussex Downs. Dave and I have never competed in a full marathon, only half, therefore this will be a new and exciting challenge. We have chosen the Sussex Coastal Marathon as it is one of the most difficult in the UK, with steep inclines throughout. Hopefully the beautiful views will compensate.

We have decided to raise money for Mind - the mental health charity. Mind provides support and advice for those suffering from mental health problems. They do this via much needed advice helplines, Legal Advice Services and awareness promotion. Importantly, the work they do has a real impact on those it seeks to help. But in order to continue with this work Mind still needs support. Therefore, any and all donations would be very welcome.
