<p><span style="font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; border-collapse: collapse; color: #333333; line-height: 15px;">Think you all know what I'm doing by now, so I've deleted the essay that was here before. For those who never bothered to read it though... Basically- I'm running 90 miles down the Thames Towpath in September for ME Research UK. Donations welcome on justgiving.com at this address...<br /><br /><a style="cursor: pointer; color: #3b5998; text-decoration: none;" rel="nofollow" href="http://www.justgiving.com/Alexander-Miller-Tate" target="_blank"><span>http://www.justgiving.com/</span>Alexander-Miller-Tate</a><br /><br />Instead of trying to explain ME in my own words (which were many and imprecise last time) I've decided<span class="text_exposed_show" style="display: inline;"> to just show you these three blogs written by a good friend of mine over 3 years, giving information during ME awareness week. Becki has suffered from ME/CFS since she was 12 and has a knack for explaining the details of this condition, which is utterly unknown and alien to most people, with wonderful clarity. They can be found at these three links.<br /><br /><a style="cursor: pointer; color: #3b5998; text-decoration: none;" rel="nofollow" href="http://www.facebook.com/note.php?note_id=84427701839" target="_blank"><span>http://www.facebook.com/no</span>te.php?note_id=84427701839</a><br /><a style="cursor: pointer; color: #3b5998; text-decoration: none;" rel="nofollow" href="http://www.facebook.com/note.php?note_id=390793691839" target="_blank"><span>http://www.facebook.com/no</span><span>te.php?note_id=39079369183</span>9</a><br /><a style="cursor: pointer; color: #3b5998; text-decoration: none;" rel="nofollow" href="http://www.facebook.com/note.php?note_id=10150168274616840" target="_blank"><span>http://www.facebook.com/no</span><span>te.php?note_id=10150168274</span>616840</a><br /><br />To everyone who's already donated- thank you so much- you really will be making a difference to so many lives. To those of you who have yet to do so, any amount, no matter how small, will be hugely appreciated.<br /><br />It's getting close now. Should probably get my arse off Facebook and keep training.<br /><br />Muchos love,<br />AMT</span></span></p>
