I am running in the Back 2 the Trenches - The Big Push military style obstacle course on 21 June 2015. Time is ticking both on training and fundraising, so please donate generously! I am running in the 6km distance, which, although a small distance for most, will be painful for me as a non runner. 

I / a team at Kennedys are fundraising for Age International, who do great work both in the UK and abroad to make later life better for for the elderly. Age International were voted as Kennedys corporate charity for the next 18 months, and we want to raise as much money as possible for them in this time.
