I am running the Malta Half Marathon in March 2017 to raise funds for 'Choose Love'.  The Chose Love campaign aims to raise money to support refugees. 

Globally, 65.3 million people are currently displaced from their homes due to conflict or natural disaster.  Among them, 21.3 million people are living as refugees in other countries.

Money raised will go to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and Europe's largest grassroots distributor of aid, 'Help Refugees'.  UNHCR & Help Refugees play a critical role in supporting both the immediate and long term needs of those who are displaced. 

In a world experiencing the largest refugee crisis since the Second World War, we want to show out support for families and individuals in need.

None of us can imagine what these families are facing - please donate to this worthwhile cause.
