This was my first ever attempt at running such a distance! As it turned out the weather was awful and the course was mentally challenging (passing the finish line 3 times before actually completing) but I perservered through it and managed to finish in under my target time of 2 hours in 1 hour 47 minutes. I ran for Sussex Beacon who has been providing vital services for people with HIV who stay in residential units or use community services since 1992. It's not too late to donate!
