In September I'll be running 13miles or so around Newcastle-upon-toon in the Great North Run, and hopefully raising a bit of cash for Shift.ms in the process!

Shift.ms is an online community for people affected by Multiple Sclerosis. It's a place where people can meet, help each other out, and ask questions that only other MS'ers really know the answer to. I'm raising money to enable this community to reach out to young MS'ers. People who have just been diagnosed (mostly in their 20s and 30s) deserve to know that MS doesn't mean giving up on your ambitions; you might just have to find another way to get there! 

Please contribute anything you can to this worthy cause, every penny helps! I'm aiming to raise £300 for this excellent cause, thanks for reading!
