I am raising funds in support of the St Mary's team who are going to Uganda this summer.  I am going too, and we will be supporting locally run projects in the Kasese area.  I'll be joining in with as many activities / projects as I can, ranging from schools & hospital support, to Football for street kids & Bike Race for the Boda-boda, to micro finance groups and planting mango trees! 

The funds I'm raising via the Tuck Shop are specifically going towards the Womens Groups Conference.  These are life changing events with a focus on microfinance and networking.  This is a truly worthwhile cause and you can find out more here:  http://www.hopeforuganda.org.uk

The Tuck Shop idea is very simple!  I have set up a tin of sweets and a piggy bank in the office.  You take a sweet and make a donation - as much or as little as you can afford.  I'm donating all the profits towards the UGANDA 2010 project.  Every penny helps, so THANK YOU for your support!
