Story
I am running in the “Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon” on Sunday 11th October and I am aiming to raise money for a charity called World Horse Welfare (WHW).
WHW are an international charity dedicated to caring for and improving the lives of horses across the globe. The work WHW does is varied. They aim to stop the live transport of horses for slaughter, they rescue horses who have suffered abuse and neglect and they train farriers and saddlers to improve the lives of local working horses. For those of you who like horses this is a fantastic charity to support and even a small amount of money can make a real difference. For those of you who don’t like horses (e.g. my father!!) please sponsor me for my sake.
