Not content with a couple of tri-athlons earlier this year and the 3-peak challenge, some friends and I have rather foolishly agreed to do one more challenge this year. It is the Helly Hansen Adventure Challenge - http://www.trailplus.com/helly_hansen.cfm in just under 2 weeks time. It's not a biggie this time and just involves a 1.5km kayak, 20km off road cycle and a run of 15km or so. The challenge is the obstacle course along the way or rather the fun part of it.

 

I have raised some funds for a host of charities this year but the time has come to raise for the RCVS Trust. Hopefully you all know the wonderful work the Trust does and it will be great working with them to raise further funds.

 

So please dig deep and donate now. I will also come around with my collection tin for those not wanting to sponsor online.
