The Three Peaks Challenge · 2 June 2018

We're dedicated to beating blood cancer. We fund research and support those affected. Since 1960, we've invested over £500 million in blood cancer research, transforming treatments and saving lives. The day we beat blood cancer is now in sight and our researchers are determined to finish the job.

Story

The National Three Peaks Challenge is an event in which participants attempt to climb the highest mountains of England, Scotland and Wales within 24 hours (including travel between). The three peaks are:

Ben Nevis (1,345 m or 4,413 ft), the highest mountain in Scotland
Scafell Pike (978 m or 3,209 ft), the highest mountain in England
Snowdon (1,085 m or 3,560 ft), the highest mountain in Wales

The total distance walked is estimated at 44 km (27 mi), with a total ascent of 9,800 feet (3,000 m).

If you'd like to support me by donating to a great cause I'd be very grateful.

Much Love,
A very unprepared Alfie Brixton
