My 21 year old cousin devastatingly took his own life in 2018 which to this day the reasons are still not fully understood why. 

In 2016 I was attacked on a night out and beaten up. For nearly 2 years I was unable to enjoy going on nights out due to the scarring memories of that night. 

I decided to do something big and bold to raise money for a charity which is close to my heart as they are changing and saving lives and changing the stigmas around mental health. 

We cant all be heroes but we can all make a difference even if its £1
