Story
<p>The war on terror has had negative effects on Iraq and its people. Terrorists and suicide bombers have caused several deaths of innocent civilians on an almost daily basis. No one is spared in these deadly events, no man, woman or child. For children who lose one or both parents, becoming an orphan is a bleak prospect. No father to feed them, no mother to wipe their tears. No roof over their head.There are currently over 3 million orphans in Iraq, and the number is growing exponentially every week. </p>
<p>What was once the Cradle of Civilisation has crumbled under the years and years and years of war and now <span style="color: #000000;"><strong>I</strong></span><span style="color: #ff0000;"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>RAQI</strong></span><strong> <span style="color: #339966;">CHILDREN ARE</span> THE FUTURE</strong></span> to help restore what was once a great nation.</p>
<p>My Challange</p>
<p>Originally this did start off just as a holiday to Thailand, than I asked my self why not visit the bordering countries Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam and Cambodia. I only have limited time but i spotted an opportunity for a chanllenge and when theres a chanllange theres an opportunity to raise money for charity. Everything I love doing Traveling, Challenge and Charity. 3 birds one stone :)</p>
<p>Your probabaly thinking that this is more like a holiday than a fundraiser believe me its not going to be fun and games. This will challenge me mentally, physically, test my patients and communication among others. </p>
<p>I will be travelling through Thailand, Malayasia, Singapore, VIetnam and Cambodia in such short time, 99 hours. i will be using any mode of transports tuktuks, cars, bus, plane etc to BEAT the clock. I will not have time for fancy hotels and posh meals, maybe 1 night just to shower if im lucky, you can imagine what its gonna be like in the scorching weather and traveling with luggage gonna be stinking but all for a good cause. <strong>IF I FAIL I WILL DOUBLE THE POT</strong></p>
