St Catherine's is a national charity working with children and young people with speech, language and communication impairments.

I'm going to be cycling from London to Portsmouth on Sunday 26th September which is a whopping 85 miles. Those who know me well will understand that this is a great undertaking considering I am the girl who has driven to the local newsagents on a number of occasions.

Because this is going to be so spectacularly horrific on the day I would really appreciate any donations that anyone can give and on a more serious note I will tell Ella that you have not sponsored and she will NOT be impressed.

Ella means more than most can imagine to me and to help her and her peers is such a good cause because it gives them opportunities they wouldnt otherwise have. So THANK YOU and remember how unfit I am when your thinking of how much to donate!!!
