This year I am once again braving the cold, deep and dark waters of Lake Windermere to raise money for my chosen charity ShelterBox.

Shelter Box provide emergency shelter and life saving supplies for families all over the world who have been affected by disasters.

Founded 12 years ago ShelterBox have responded to over 200 natural and manmade disasters in almost 90 differnt countries, and have provided life saving aid for well over one million people.

Each box is tailored to a disaster but typically contains a disaster relief tent, blankets, water storage and filtration equipment, cooking utensils, a basic tool kit a childrens activity pack and other vital items.

Your sponsorship no matter how small will not only go towards an amazing cause but will pursuade me back in to the water!!!
