We want to raise funds for Down's Syndrome Scotland, specifically for the Achieving Better Communication (ABC) project.  Ruairidh attends an ABC group in Edinburgh. It was set up by parents in Edinburgh.  It is run by a speech therapist and we think that it is really helping Ruairidh.  Down's Syndrome Scotland wish to raise funds for the Edinburgh ABC Groups and set up others in Scotland.  We'd appreciate if you could help us to do this. 

For those of you who have known us longer, you might think that a 5km run is not much of a challenge.  Well over the last few years, quite frankly,  we've let ourselves go.  On a recent practice run Ali was overtaken by a power walker and you all know that would never have happened ten years ago.  We will be delighted if we manage to complete the run in under 4 hours and without a trip to A&E.
