Mike and I are joining over 500 walkers and runners for the annual St George's Great Curry Run 2015 on Saturday 25th April.  This year we will be walking 10K to raise money for the charity Medicins Sans Frontiers so that we can support the humanitarian medical work  and research this Charity provides.  90% of MSF income comes from individual donations and we want to make ours count.  We've been training hard - recently walking in the Isle of Wight from Seaview to Bembridge - next time we'll read the tides better and won't get our feet wet!
