On 2nd October Tom and I are cycling a cool 45 miles from Buckingham Palace- Windsor Castle, with Tom's work Capgemini. 

Not a natural cyclist, I've had to buy those awful padded bum shorts especially for this. They're literally the least flattering things in the world. But it's all for a good cause, and I greatly appreciate anything you are able to donate. Thank you.
