Dear Friends, Family and everyone else,

I have decided to run the Bungay Half Marathon in aid of the East Anglian Air Ambulance. I think they do such an amazing job and deserve all the help they can get. Its a 13.1 mile race! I will probably not be in a very competitive position, but its going to be a day to remember that's for sure! Anyway the EAAA did a wonderful job when Dad had his accident and we all got to see at close hand how very talented the whole team are, and amazingly brave.

I haven't run since school really, so this has really changed my life a bit already! I'm training hard so that i can hopefully complete this in style and not die half way round!

Anyway any support would be wonderful! Thank you so much.
