My mum and I are taking part in The Big Walk 2019 on 13th July to raise money for Prostate Cymru. 

It's estimated that prostate cancer will affect 1 in 8 men in Wales. By raising money for Prostate Cymru, we hope to help them save lives. 

Sadly, my mum's cousin lost his life to prostate cancer. But we hope to make a difference, so it doesn't have to be this way for others.

Prostate Cymru runs campaigns, education programmes for GPs, awareness programmes for men and funds research, to help ensure that people can spot the signs and receive treatment as early as possible.
