Story
Ain’t no mountain high enough, ain’t no valley low enough to keep me from building a well...
A lover of nature, trekking and high scenic views (and of course Snowdonia), I have decided to do kill two (or four) birds with one stone and climb and conquer Mount Snowdon, the highest mountain in Wales, in order to raise money for Thirst Relief through Penny Appeal.
EVERY DAY AROUND 4,000 CHILDREN DIE FROM DRINKING DIRTY, DISEASED WATER. THAT’S ONE CHILD EVERY 20 SECONDS.
I’m trying to reach a target of £600 and I need your help! Raising funds together, we will be able to install 2 wells in countries across Africa and Asia to give communities reliable access to clean water. This means they can drink, wash, make wudu, grow crops and water their animals safely for years to come.
Every single penny of your Zakat donation will go directly to those who need it most 100% of the time – giving you 100% of the reward.
